You love your students. That part was never in question.

Here's what's actually keeping you up at night.

  • You're only three weeks into the season, and you're already wondering which of these new families will still be here in the spring.

  • A student you've watched grow up in your studio hasn't confirmed for next year, and you have no idea if she's coming back.

  • Every season feels like starting from zero.

  • You're on the marketing hamster wheel. Post, promote, worry, repeat. It never actually stops.

I know this feeling. I built a studio to 900 students, and I lived plenty of these nights myself.

Now imagine…

…walking into fall relaxed, because your spots are already filled with families who would never dream of going anywhere else.

…a student walking through your doors as a preschooler and taking her senior bow on your stage twelve years later.

…a lobby full of raving fans, families who can't wait for the show every year and tell everyone they know about you.

…welcoming new students each fall, knowing you have a system in place that turns them into families who stay.

…trusting your retention so completely that you can plan your whole season around the families you already have.

This workshop is free, practical, and built for studios ready to turn this season into lasting community.

You’ll receive the Zoom link immediately after registering.

By the end of this workshop you will

  • Know how to turn a new student's first few weeks into the foundation of a family that stays for years.

  • Understand what makes current families feel just as valued as the new ones, so nobody feels like an afterthought.

  • Leave with practical, community-building ideas you can use this season, not next year.

  • Know how to build the kind of studio experience that turns enrollment into retention without adding more to your plate.

  • Feel confident that the families walking through your door this fall will still be there next fall.

This workshop is perfect for you if…

You still have spots to fill, and you want the students who join to actually stay.

You have new families a few weeks into class and you want to make sure that excitement doesn't fade.

You have current families you want to feel just as valued as the ones walking in for the first time.

You're ready for enrollment season to build something lasting instead of starting the cycle over every fall.

You want your studio to feel like a family people don't want to leave.

Hi, I’m Cathy Fitzgerald

I built a dance studio from the ground up to more than 900 students, eventually sold it, and today it's still serving families in the community.

I didn't do it by chasing new students every season and hoping they'd stick. I did it by building a studio families never wanted to leave, the kind where new students turned into regulars, and regulars turned into forever family.

Now I help dance studio owners create that same experience, so the families you work so hard to enroll become the families who stay.

I'd love to show you how.
