Run Your Dance Studio
Still Have a Life
A 60-minute live virtual workshop for dance studio owners
Wednesday, October 7th from 12:00-1:00 pm EST
FREE + Live on Zoom (Replay available)
You built this studio because you love to teach. That part was never in question.
Here's what's actually running you into the ground right now.
You're six weeks into the season and you can't remember your last full day off.
You said yes to covering a class again this week, because honestly, nobody else knows how you'd want it taught.
Every day feels like keeping the studio afloat, not building toward anything.
You catch yourself daydreaming about a Saturday that belongs to nobody but you.
I know this feeling. I built a studio to 900 students, and there were seasons I didn't come up for air once.
Now imagine…
…handing off a class without a single follow-up text asking what to do.
…leaving for dinner and knowing your studio is running exactly the way you'd want it to, without you standing in it.
…a staff member catching a problem before it ever reaches you.
…walking into the holiday season with room to breathe instead of dread.
…trusting your systems enough that a week away feels normal, not impossible.
This workshop is free, practical, and built for studio owners who are ready to stop disappearing into their own business.
This workshop is perfect for you if…
You're deep into the season and already running on fumes.
You're the only one who knows how everything works, and it's starting to show.
You want your studio to run well even on the days you're not there.
You've got a big stretch ahead (holidays, competitions, holiday performances, whatever's next for you), and you want room to breathe before it hits.
You're ready to build a studio that supports your life instead of swallowing it whole.
By the end of this workshop you will
Know exactly what deserves your attention right now and what can wait.
Understand the difference between what only you can do and what you've just been holding onto out of habit.
Leave with a real plan for handing things off, because done is better than perfect.
Know how to build a studio that holds together on the day you're not in the building.
Feel like you finally have breathing room before the next wave hits.
Hi, I’m Cathy Fitzgerald
I built a dance studio from the ground up to more than 900 students, eventually sold it, and today it's still serving families in the community.
I did it without a big marketing budget. Instead, I learned how to build the kind of reputation that kept families talking, recommending the studio to friends, and coming back year after year.
Now I help dance studio owners do the same—creating thriving studios that attract more students, strengthen their communities, and become the first place families think of when it's time for dance.
I'd love to show you how.
