It's late. You're exhausted. And your brain is still running through everything you should be doing to fill your classes.
Everywhere you turn, someone is telling you to run ads. But that doesn't feel right, and it shouldn't have to be the only answer. There is a better way to grow your studio, and none of it costs a dime.
Does This Sound Familiar?
"Your classes are amazing!"... but the spots still aren't full.
"I've been meaning to sign up!"... but they never do.
"We love it here!"... but they stop coming, and you don't know why.
Or the one that stings the most: you pour everything into your studio, and it still doesn't feel like enough.
If you're nodding along, this guide was made for you.
I KNOW THIS WORKS. BECAUSE I LIVED IT.
“I built my own studio from the ground up to over 900 students. Without paid ads. What I used instead were simple, human strategies to create a place families never wanted to leave.
They worked then. They work now. And I've watched them work for the studio owners I coach every single day.
This guide pulls five of those strategies right out of my playbook and hands them to you.”

Hi, I'm Cathy Fitzgerald!
I help dance, yoga, and creative studio owners turn what they love into a business that actually supports their lives. My specialty? Helping you build a real foundation underneath your studio so you can stop surviving and start growing with a plan that fits who you are.
I've been in the studio world for over thirty years as a studio owner, certified life coach, and someone who has built businesses from scratch more than once. I built and sold a successful dance studio, grew a photography business in Missouri and rebuilt it in Michigan, trained as a certified yoga and children's yoga instructor, and partnered to open a yoga studio here in Traverse City.
Now I bring all of that real-life experience, along with my coaching certification, straight into my work with studio owners every day. You don't have to figure it out alone. You deserve a studio that's full, profitable, and still leaves room for the life you actually want to live.
